Home workoout session #2:
Warming up
3 x 30 sec
No breaks

❌ Lunges
❌ Air squast + Reach
❌ Push-ups
❌ Plank jacks
❌ Commando’s

Workout
3 x 45 sec
10 second break after each round

❌ High knees
❌ Lunge + High knee (alternate)
❌ Diamond push-up
❌ Burpees + Pank Jacks
❌ Bicycles (go slow)
❌ Crunches + Toe touch

FINISHER:
❌Wall sit (as long as possible)
❌Jumping squats x 10
